How can the customer conduct this situation?

1- You should contact customer support within 2 days of receiving the product to report the issue of damage, wrong, defective, or incomplete parts of the product

2- The product must remain unused and in its original, undamaged condition, ensuring it is suitable for resale

3- The product must be returned complete including all accompanying accessories or complimentary gifts initially provided
